Appointments & Booking Procedure

At A Plus Cosmetics, we value the time and efforts of both our clients and our team members. To provide the best possible service and maintain an efficient schedule, we have implemented A cancelation and strict No-Show Policy. We understand that sometimes adjustments and cancellations are necessary, but we ask you to appreciate that when you cancel or reschedule an appointment without sufficient notice, it directly affects the earning ability of your chosen therapist, and also means clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services.

This policy applies to all clients who book appointments for our cosmetic services. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the guidelines below:


Our cancelation and no-show policy

We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, therefore we kindly ask that you give us no less than 24 hours‘ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours‘ notice will result in a charge equal to your $50 booking fee, which will be kept or be required to be paid before any future bookings can be booked.

If you can’t give 24 hours’ notice and must reschedule or cancel your appointment at short notice, you have 2 options:

– Send a friend or family member in your place

– Pay a late notification fee of $50 of the booking


Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable.

In the event you need to cancel your appointment completely, provided you cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment, your pre-paid deposit will revert to an account credit. You can use this credit toward any of our goods or services.


No Show Fee

If you do not show for your appointment without reasonable effort to notify us, you will automatically lose your deposit, or deducted booking fee of $50 of the booking, from the nominated card stored on your account.


How No-shows effect our business

They result in missed revenue opportunities loss of recourse’s and when a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment, the business loses the potential income that could have been generated during that time slot. This can be particularly detrimental to a small business like ours. Please always be respectful.


Appointment Confirmation:

Upon booking an appointment with us, you will receive a confirmation email or message. Please review the details to ensure accuracy and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.



Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients on our waiting list.



Definition: A “no-show” occurs when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancels within less than 24 hours of the appointment time.

No-Show Consequences: In the event of a no-show, the client will be charged a fee of $50. This fee will be due before any future appointments can be scheduled.


Late Arrival:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to modify or shorten your service to ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced. The full-service fee will still apply.


Emergency Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies can occur. If you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from making your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.


Repeated No-Shows:

Repeated instances of no-shows may result in the loss of future booking privileges with A Plus Cosmetics.


Appointment reminder System:

To help you remember your appointments, we provide automated reminders via email or text. Please ensure that we have your correct contact information on file to receive these reminders. Please always confirm your appointment with us

By booking an appointment with A Plus Cosmetics, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our Booking, cancelation and No-Show Policy. We believe that respecting the time of our clients and staff fosters.
